DOTTIE ANGEL lives in a rundown cottage overlooking the sea. she has two airstream trailers in the yard, one is her studio and the other stores her vast collection of vintage notions... her eight children are home schooled and spend the day outside running barefoot and their evenings sitting by the fireplace, learning ancient crafting techniques. they never talk back to their mother and always smile. she has several chickens, seven rescued greyhounds and a bearded dragon named STIG... dottie spends most days dressed in an old customized vintage slip that belonged to her grandmother. she thinks to herself, surely everyone dreams of living this life, or at least dressing like they do...
TIF FUSSELL is a Brit misplaced abroad and living in suburbia, she is a blogger and crafter of recycled vintage goodness. Tif is happiest spending time with Miss Ethel, her trusty sewing machine, surrounded by 'used' dog, little olive and various other creatures: some furry, a few with wings, and one with a shell and of course her man and four children (who do talk back). She wears a customized slip, stands on stools at any given opportunity and dreams of living dottie angel’s life…
COME WITH A LITTLE IMAGINATION, some rose colored spectacles and a suitcase full of vintage goodness in hand. after a few ‘perfectly peachy’ days, you will be positively encouraged to stand upon your upcycled thrifty stool, dressed in a customized vintage slip, with ‘whatnot garland’ in hand and live life the ‘dottie angel’ way
* 3 nights at the Shuey House in Seattle, Washington. * 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 3 dinners * 2 day workshop with dottie angel (aka Tif Fussell)

Write, Shoot, Surf in Todos Santos, Baja, Mexico
Learn the art of travel writing and photography with Amanda Jones. Students will learn the nuts and bolts of the industry, how to develop stories ideas, submit queries, bring to life a setting and ultimately write character-driven narrative that keeps readers engaged until the end. You'll also learn the basics of good travel photography. Being able to take photos will help sell your written pieces and double your income.
The first three days are spent in an intensive workshop followed by field trips, assignments and one-on-one evaluations for both writing and photography. You'll leave prepared to send your material to publications, both online and print.
When not writing or shooting, you can swim in the ocean, surf, walk on the beach or wander the whitewashed colonial town of Todos Santos, which dates back to the 1700s and is now a home to artists from all over the world.

There’s no better way to experience the beauty of Baja Mexico's Sea of Cortez than sea kayaking and snorkeling through the warm and gentle waters surrounding Espiritu Santo Island. What better way to create your own magical escape over Halloween?
A remarkably easy sport, sea kayaking in Baja on the wonderful Sea of Cortez in Mexico provides a magical environment in which to learn kayaking skills so that you can become a confident paddler. Sea kayaks are easier to paddle and steer than a canoe and are also more stable than canoes – especially for women who have lower centers of gravity.

AdventureWomen invites you to join us for a week of top Montana skiing to discover, OR rediscover, the pure joy of a downhill ski adventure just for women. Shush downhill – Montana style – at the most all-inclusive women’s ski clinic in the country at Bridger Bowl.
Our Montana skiing vacation begins with sunshine, blue sky, and plenty of incredible snow, called the “cold smoke” because it is so light and fluffy. This is what a women’s only ski vacation and downhill ski clinic in Montana was meant to be!
With expert women ski instructors and a small group allowing individual attention, women skiers of any ability level (from those who have never skied before, to beginners, intermediates and advanced skiers), will improve not only their skiing skills, but their confidence and comfort zones.

What could be more dramatic than Yellowstone National Park in winter? This is the BEST time to be in this iconic Park with fewer visitors during this prime season for Yellowstone wildlife viewing. Billowing geysers, frosted landscapes, frozen waterfalls, abundant wildlife, and surreal “snowscapes” are the magical world of winter in Yellowstone.
We begin in Big Sky, Montana, based at our favorite ranch, the 320 Guest Ranch. Sleigh rides and dog sledding kick off our week, with the excitement and thrill of driving a dog sledding team of well-trained athletes. An airborne zip line tour (also know as a “canopy tour”) at Big Sky Ski Resort is also an option!
