I have assembled an itinerary that will take us to Kuta where I began my journey in Bali.
We'll experience how aspects of Western Culture have been assimilated in Balinese culture and we'll become intoxicated by its energy.
We'll meet my local family and participate in their almost daily preparation for ritual.
There is much to be learned from the Balinese sequence of "sambahian" to aid us in our search for a happiness defined by inner peace, clarity, and fulfillment. In addition, we'll be introduced to yoga and meditation as tools in our pursuit of happiness.
Then we head for the mountains, where we'll begin the process of contemplation, recreation, and connection. First with ourselves, then with others.
We end the journey together at a fabulous place on the cliffs of the Bukit, where we'll fully realize the new women that will return to our families and work at home.

Paro - Thimpu - Gangtey-Gogona - Khotokha-Chazam - Wangdiphodrang- Thimpu - Paro
Bhutan has been described as the Last Shangri-La (Paradise) and mountain fortress of the Gods. The Bhutanese government has only recently allowed modernization to this landlocked country with television, internet and mobile phones only being available since the turn of the century. The Monarchy is strict to ensure the Bhutanese keep its own unique cultural identity, and are strongly protective of their culture for it to remain spiritual and remote. Perhaps it is for these reasons that National Geographic Adventure magazine has named Bhutan as one of the 25 most exotic travel destinations in the world.

Over our many years perfecting the art of adventure travel for women, we have developed what we believe is the ideal Nepal trekking trip for women. Our Nepalese adventure vacation has been carefully designed to incorporate a comfortable, and less physically challenging Nepal trekking route at a lower altitude - 7,500 feet instead of at 14,000 feet!

With Dr Sheri Rosenthal visit Bhutan – Land of the Thunder Dragon, a small country east of Nepal with a tiny piece of India in between. Buthan's northern edge touches the Himalayas. Buthan is like no other country you will ever visit! The people are Tantric Buddhists who also have a Shamanistic background called Bon – and a fantastic history filled with legends and mythology. The monasteries are magical and beautiful in ways that I cannot begin to describe. Everything about Bhutan touches you in the most intimate way, the landscape, the heart of the people, and their philosophies. As you open your heart through meditation, chanting, prayer and ceremony – you will expand your consciousness and cultivate the compassion of the Buddha within. You will immerse yourself in ancient tradition at Tongsa Tsechu, an annual religious dance festival where masked dances are performed by the monks. As a special gift, a Lama will be preparing a prayer and blessing ceremony for the group. Another highlight will be visiting the very rare and endangered Black Necked Cranes in Phobjikha. You will spend your last 2 nights at the incredible Hotel Zhiwaling which is beautiful and restful. You can have optional spa services to relax from your journey and prepare for the long trip home. This is one of those once-in-a-lifetime journeys that you should not miss.

Incredible India Tours

A journey traversing the breadth of India, taking roads less travelled through rarely explored towns and cities of the heartlands of India. Beginning our journey in Panjim, the Portuguese influenced capital of Goa, we travel north and east through ancient villages and world heritage sites once major cities or holy towns. We explore rock-cut temples of sculptural extravagance, grand Muslim mausoleums and the commercial capital - dazzling Mumbai. Afghani fortresses and Buddhist stupas, Hindu Palaces and the crumbling British heritage of Kolkata lead to a fascinating and exotic trip through an India which is all at once traditional, exotic, bizarre and totally unexpected.

Cambodia's spirit is embodied in the stunning, ancient temples of the Angkor Empire, a civilisation which once presided over most of present day Southeast Asia. The Cambodian people, for all that they've endured, are among the friendliest you'll find anywhere, with a remarkable ability to put the past behind them and enjoy life.
Cambodia is one of our favourite countries - it really gets under your skin and we've made some fantastic friends here. Not only are the people here wonderful, but the rural landscapes are gorgeous and its cities are Asia at its bustling best.
Cambodia is a fascinating and safe country to visit, and traveling here will be a pivotal and heart-warming experience that you are not likely to forget.
